I am a passionate spiritual counsellor, holistic healer and businesswoman dedicated to helping others find greater peace, freedom and upliftment in their lives.
I grew my first bricks-and-mortar business in South Gipplland from a team of 1 to a team of 15 in just five years before selling it and retraining in holistic healing.
Two years ago, I opened The Health & Healing Collective, which has since grown from a solo practice to a thriving collective of 10 local healers, counsellors and practitioners offering around 20 modalities, reflecting my deep commitment to healing, connection and community wellbeing.
I have always seen the individual and recognise that the ‘one size fits all’ approach to life can harm personal growth as it creates an atmosphere of competitiveness and leads people to believe there is something wrong with them if they are not fitting in.
In a warm and completely confidential space, I work with you to help you unlock your truest self so you can move forward in life with more self-acceptance, confidence, peace, upliftment, joy and a deeper awareness of self.
